Our mission
The Oilfield Water Management Group (OFWMG) is a non-profit organization (501(c)(3)) dedicated to the development, education, and promotion of best practices around the measurement and use of produced water from Oil and Gas wells.
Our History
In January 2021, Angus Measurement Services, LP and SPL, Inc came together to host a yearly symposium comprised of oil and gas producers, water pipeline companies, industry agencies, engineering companies, manufacturers, and consultants to foster industry education and best practices around the measurement and use of produced water from Oil and Gas wells. In early 2023 Angus Measurement Services, LP and SPL, Inc. formed a non-profit called the Oilfield Water Management Group (OFWMG) to achieve the objectives and goals of our mission and vision.
OUR VISION
To host a learning driven environment (Oilfield Water Management Symposium) yearly that brings our industry together to discuss what is working today, new innovations, industry regulations and initiatives around all things pertaining to produced water. Our intent is to provide CE (continuing education) credits for attendees at our seminar(s) and that any profits made be donated to local Colleges’ energy departments.
